My thoughts are he would be ok but there are times where he has not shown how well he could act towards questions from new players and he also done mini modding which is not really a good thing because it takes the real mods jobs away but my vote would be no

Mods are in a short supply, and they don't even do anything. How is Art going to be any different.

It doesn't mean we're the same if we are MODs (im not a mod yet), we all have different way of thinking, different opinions about things, we're different ages, different races and a lot of things are different between us.

I don't think you understand what a mod is. A moderator is supposed to do things like dealing with griefers, and check up on suspicious people. This is completely objective. There is no subjectivity to this at all. Thus, point of view and differing ideals, do not have place here. However, how one deals with problems is up to the person who is doing the problem solving.

Point being, the mods are not doing what they should be. I speak as a whole, and not to individuals. Although, we have very few mods, so I may as well be talking about each one individually. The main problem lies in the lack of mods, and their lack of being on the server. The solution is not bringing in more mods, but it's more about the quality of every one mod we bring in.

Personally, I'm not fond of you. That is not to say I hate you. So I would vote no. That being said, I'm terribly biased towards you not becoming mod. Not that it matters, but we need people that'll actually be doing things. I'm not so sure if you're going to be doing things. The whole goal of mods, to put it bluntly, is so admins don't have to worry about all the whining that is spamming up the chat. Although, it isn't as bad as it was before. Mods should be the first thing people ask for when they need help, but the usefulness of mods is... questionable. Of course, if you reply to this saying you're going to be actually doing things it'll be the same thing as torture. Torture does not work. People lie to let the pain end. This works on the opposite end of the feeling spectrum, with pleasure of getting a rank. But that's psychology sowhateverlol.

Anyway. I'll change my vote to what it was when we were debating one whether he should be VIP. Indifferent.

I completely agree with Royce.
Moderators should always be the first to be asked for help in chat. If they are unable to help said person or to fix said problem, it becomes an administrator job.

We should add this to the rules in spawn.
