I Think it's time.

I personally think it's time we got our shit together and made this server what it use to be/ has the potential to be.

With reading Tim's sad goodbye i've come to realize this server is going downhill very fast. I don't want it to fall flat and come to be no more.

We need new ideas, new members, new leader (that already has been taken care of <3 u Royce) and a new attitude. -something a little more positive and upbeat about everything-

Ex.- The admins- we have 13? 14? But only what 3? 5? come online... Cut them down, weed out the ones who no longer come regularly.

Mods- Man we have 3? mods that I know of.. Myself included... While admins can't do everything and that's what mods are here for we need at least one more..

-Adding a "griefing-be-gone" team would help us with our hacking/griefing problem.

- Making the server a multi-world server (yes i know we have FG and main world) but I mean like making a world for PVP a world for Creative a Survival world and a Nether world. Possibly a RP'ing world.

-Pulling all our good builders together and making an Epic spawn (thats protected from Greifing) and making a couple good builds set right outside spawn to show people TSC is capable of awesome things.

I mean come on now. we have great people on this server..for Example..

Royce- He's funny, smart, loves joking around with people and interacting with the server.

Steven- Man he man be kinda "weird" (no offence Steven <3) but he's made the late nights on TSC very interesting. He's very active on the server and in vent. Steven is a vital part of TSC. He's willing to help you if you ask for it.

Spencer- Though he can be VERY "mean" to most people he is the reason I enjoy TSC so much.. His joking around and pickin on the members (not literally the rank but the people of TSC) and pokin fun at us makes TSC a place to be enjoyed.

Vinnie- The only thing to say about Vinnie is - He's the "Jewel" if you will of TSC. IMO that is.

Pant- Though I haven't seen him lately (prob time differences) Pant is a sweet understandin man. He is willing to help anyone who needs it and ASKS for help.

Eric (Xephisto) - This is the sweetest man on the server that I know. He's helpful, Kind, very patient, and all round funny.

Art- yeah i really don't know what to say bout him.. (no offence) But he is a good person and most members of TSC like him.

Kazumi58- Kaz is the coolest female I have ever encountered on a MMORPG/Online Game.

Louis- He's sweet, and Completely in love with me.. LOL

The Guests/Members/trusted/builder/ADV/VIP/MasterBuilders of TSC are great people and they deserve better than what we're giving them..

-coming up with a way to broadcast our server so others gain knowledge of its existence-therefore bringing more people to the server and boosting our rep even more.

GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER TSC! it's time to turn this Server around. I've the utmost confidence in Royce-Spencer-Steven-and Vinnie.

Don't let us down Guys!

The anti griefing team is pretty much what mods are supposed to do. We were talking about a PVP-Anything Goes map. I've talked with TinyMuffin about helping with a new spawn like what you described, but I should probably also talk to some of our ADVs and Builders.

I agree that Steven guy is strange.

Spencer - thats a good idea.. get as many people as you can involved with building a new spawn.

It's this flying fox who says inappropriate things when younger members of the community are on the server. He also is tired of being a dick to random people, and thinks we need more people on the server so he can not be a dick to people. I don't understand serious, when I try to do serious I start laughing.

So I think we need to get people to fucking vote. I mean, Last year, we had A LOT of people on around this time. And I remember we had people voting everyday and we were on the 1st/2nd page. I know you all get this shit from me daily, but it does help. Also, I still think we should make a new map earlier, and make it look nice.

And also, I think we did good on changing the attitude so far. I havent seen anyone being a dick to people, i.e. admins. So yeah. Also, we need to find a good way to promote the server. I dont mean, LETS GO SPAM TSCGaming IN ANOTHER SERVER, THAT WILL MAKE THEM LIKE US! But like refer friends. You get prizes now. So yeah.

I think for the new world, we could maybe make a spawn world, then make portals with multi-verse to a pvp world, a survival world, a flatgrass world, and maybe a role-play world. I also suggest advertising our server on more then just one website. There are many other popular websites we could advertise on.

I'm going to redo almost everything once all the 1.3 plugins are out.

We should do step by step. 1.Have a Admin and Mod meeting on what to do and talk with Master Builders. During the meeting, talk about cleaning up ranks, and plan. Then we work from there. This is what I think we should do.
P.S have a vote on what type of worlds to have. (like PVP and Creative)

Though Kaz, I do believe you are correct.. we need to have a mod/admin meeting on this and get things goin.

I agree vinnie, we have changed our attitude a lot.. But not enough to make a huge difference in the server.. yeah most of us have cut out the being a dick part but more of us need to start helping others giving advice and so on and so forth. Become more active in the server. Set new standards to gaining a new rank.
