If we do get a 1.7 world, we should put a border on it so that we don't have new chunks constantly being loaded.

Chunks being generated doesn't do that much, it's just bad when someone is flying stupidly fast in a straight line into nothingness.

That plus I don't think each chunk is loaded anyway. So a limit on the total amount of chunks really wouldn't do anything.
