Rank and De-Rank Policies

SO, here is what is up.

Trusted/VIP- If you are in game, you should be in vent. Simple as that. You need a legitimate reason to not be in Vent. Family in the room is NOT a legitimate reason. You do not need to talk all the time. We expect you to talk, though. No, you cannot just be in the AFK channel all the time. We need to speak to you for a certain amount of time every day/week.

Mods/Admins- You need to be in Vent to keep your rank. If you are in minecraft, you should be in Vent. End of Story. Like Art, I hear you are in Vent when no one else is on. That only counts if that is your timezone. And I know that you can be on now, because I just banned you for an hour. Basically, if you are not in Vent regularly then you will be deranked to member until further notice.
The only exceptions to this rule are when you are out of town(Vacation) or have problems with family/computer/school and so on.

Also, I expect that you do not start arguments with Guests. I.E. Art starting with Domo. Thats bullshit, and both are lucky that they are only banned for an hour.

That leads me to the next point. ADMIN SAY IS FINAL. If an Admin says to stop, you stop. I dont care if you are a mod or guest. You listen to us. If you have a problem talk to another admin or post on the forums.


Also, I know I always come off as a dick, and well thats because I am. But, No, I am really not. You just need to stay off my bad side.

I don't want to be on your bad side, buuuuuuut, PingBro is master now. So we might want to put the de-rank hammer back where it belongs.

^ Not to argue with a admin but i am a master not a moderator and there is not good argument to derank me i dont start fights with admins or guests. I have not even been on as much lately.

Yeah, I forgot. Sorry about that. Also, the argument would have been that you are never in vent, which you arent.

Well my school ain't over yet and the finals are this week, and starting next week I have football practice which means less time at home. Also most of the time I'm on minecraft, I am listening to music in the background and/or doing school/home work and when I go on vent you guys are hella distracting cuz y'all are hella funny and loud so yeah, BUT I will go on vent more often, I apologize for the fact that I am barely on vent. So yeah, and that argument... was over grammar.

But we still expect you to talk. I can go in Vent and sit in a quiet channel too. So I expect you to talk, or you dont even need to be in vent. So yeah, I get being busy with school, but if you can play Minecraft, you can be in Vent.
