Gingerape's NEW Adv Portfolio!

Hi guys!

Here's my new Advanced Builder pictures to try to help me get up to that rank!
I know I created a topic before this that was with my single player builds, and I figured out it has to be buildings from the server...

So, that being said!
Here's a few pictures of my newest building:

This is my Town Home. Just a brief explanation of what this building contains: It is more than just "another house on the server." This house took a fairly long while to come up with the blueprint, floor plans, details, etc. Ask Matt, who provided me with the large plot in his city, and most of the materials used to construct my house! Thanks Matt!

This home has:
A full walk-around patio, with an outdoor bar area overlooking the infinity pool which has a view of the ships at bay. A half-furnished basement which holds a full bar, and a large couch with a big screen TV. The first floor holds a small kitchen (2 furnaces, a crafting table and fridge), and a reading area with plenty of books. The 2nd and top level holds the bedrooms which there are two of. A master bedroom, for me , and a guest bedroom. Both fully furnished with beds and paintings and a rest area.
