I think we'll just start doing official topics.
Official topics can be bumped.
Any other topics that are related to an official topic will be closed or merged.
To start an official topic, you must have admin approval. You can start a "animu general" topic. But it isn't official. You can ask for approval, and if an admin sees fit, then it can be official. The admin must post in the thread saying it is official. The name of said admin will be in the OP.
That is all.
