Prompts need to be BROAD, so everyone has an equal chance to answer. And before someone bitches "Why do we need a prompt". Because after ADV, pumping out big builds without really thinking is really brain-dead. Ranks shouldn't be easy to get. In addition to the build, a short paragraph (3-4 sentences) should be added to explain why, and a good explanation, not some half-assed "I think it looks nice" explanation. The paragraph is there because people are going to have differing opinions about certain things, so hopefully, with the build, and the short paragraph, you can convince someone why it emulates whatever concept.
Hard part is encompassing prompts. So suggest them. They also need to be buildable, so ones about poverty, or consciousness, weird philosophical things without a physical counterpart, should be avoided.
Like "What is beauty", is a good one.
As for what we're looking for in the builds, it should be like something you would see in bigger cities. It doesn't have to be abstract, like the stuff you see on the street corners, it can easily be something like the Empire State Building, the builders would just have to explain WHY it's the way it is. So there are two parts, a build and a paragraph explaining why. Personal stuff is good. Which is the point, and should make the rank hard to get.
Another thing is people usually just puke out builder apps, and they're usually bad, or ok. Which means, they might pass. This way, if someone is rushing through, they won't get the rank.

Well, we haven't gotten prompts yet. So, the two new ranks aren't even achievable right now.
