First Building Ever (on this server)

Hey all,

Here's the first building that I built. I rushed it a bit so that I could get it out before 1.8.

Some of these pictures are pre-finishing touches and the others are the finishing touches. The idea is that this is a town hall for a town that would have been completed if 1.8 wasn't around the corner. I might rebuild it in the future but who knows. I have other ideas.















After looking at it without a texture pack, I probably would have used smooth stone over cobble. The roof could have been more domed but without having the ability to fly, it's a pain the the ass to check as I go. So, it'll stay as is.

Ah. You didn't need to... wasn't my -actual- application since I don't have multiple buildings but okay.

I just titled it "beginnings of my advanced portfolio" because I will eventually have this as a part of it.

Sorry if that was confusing. Could we get this moved back to the show off corner since I'm not using only this as my portfolio for advancement?
