i was peacfuly building my project when this person starts spamming me with TPA requests its flooded my chat and its totally uncool if told her Stop but she refuses until i accept.

In that case you should probably start thinking of a better password... It is not our problem if you cannot keep intruders off of your account, we will simply minimize losses and ban your account.
