Me an 12pwned's mod

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Me and my bro made a mod and we finally reobfuscated today. We would appreciate if you guys tried it out and gave some constructive criticism. Also, there is absolutely no sharing this mod with others! I don't want anyone to see this mod except the people on the TSC server and some friends that I choose. If you really want to share for some reason or another please ask 12pwn or 12pwned.

As this mod is still incomplete there are bugs that can potentially corrupt your world, please read the readme included for more information.

ABOUT THE MOD:
The mod is basically a collection of runes, which are like small circle stones that that each has its own ability. There are 5 types of runes with 3 tiers each. To use them you just right click to throw the rune like a snowball. Upon impact the rune activates its special ability. One exception is the creeper rune which creates an explosion around you (but doesn't hurt you). I have included the runes in the readme but I will list them here for those of you who would like to see it.
