Giving out creative

So, lately, and I guess this has always been an issue (with me at least), where people have asked for creative. And people are giving it out, which kind of bothers me, hell I'm guilty of doing so a couple times. But there doesn't seem to be some strict rule about giving out creative. So I'm going to make a rule here for the admins, and everyone else to know.

Under no normal circumstances will an admin or moderator give out creative or items to players.

Normal being anything that is not an admin sanctioned event, such as a time lapse/group build. Items can be given to fix griefs, but this should not be an issue because of the ability to rollback.

tl;dr stop giving out items/creative god damn
