permissions

i think that there are some issues with permissions. i don't thin Adv should have god and Nomads should be able to pay people with iconomy so i made a new more revised version of permissions

you need to adjust it a little for the plugins u have

if tim gave me access to server i would update these and add the ones u missed

One thing though, nomads need msg for secret code but shouldnt have sethome that should be for villagers...

We need these. I was just dealing with a contributor who was banning. >.>
